Rhis is what i got from the CPanel manual, hopes it helps in anyway:

To add a domain to your web site:
Click on the Addon Domains button on the home page.
Enter the domain name in the New Addon Domain field.
Add the directory that the addon domain points to in the Username/directory name field.
Enter the password for the domain in the Password field, if required.
Click on the Add button.

Now I have created a new directory for the second domain (my-domain.com/my-second-domain) and I tried to \"addon\" a domain to point to that new directory... but it says something about DNS thats already pointing to somewhere else and just creates a subdomain instead...
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or how can I do this in another way?
