How to get my money back?
« on: February 13, 2004, 04:52:00 pm »
Hi lauren,
Its a very sad thing to hear. I am sure they can refund if you haven\'t used any of their resources for the new year contract? Even if u did use some of it, ask them to quote u how much it will cost for the resources you used and pay that money off. They must get your permission before renewing the contract. Btw, What is the host\'s url ?

Meanwhile, if u are looking for a stable host which won\'t frustrate your visitors.. then contact Me or one our sales rep on live support @ http://www.ultramatrix.net .

We will be able to host you for a week without any cost. If you are intrested, let us know. We will be glad to help you out.

Great.... Best thing to do is to post the company all over the net saying how bad it is

Or tell the company that you will do this. They wont want bad press. and Should refund you quite uickly.

What kinds of options do I have when a host autorenews on my paypal account without my authorization (didn\'t want another year of hosting)?  Itranquil (what irony in that name) has not refunded me so I think I will have to take matters into my own hands.  Any advice is appreciated!  It is really annoying because I need the money to buy hosting somewhere else, and all the while the site users are demanding that I switch hosts.  It is getting really annoying because I told the site users that I would be able to get new hosting after I was promised a refund, and now they are righfully annoyed with me.
