hello

Anyone knows about using qmailadmin, on email server, notice that I have a reseller account , so I dont know if I can install it by myself or do I need to call the server owner for support!!?

Warm Welcome to the forums, you may create your email through control panel, if not working perfectly you can rise the issue to the support staff.
