sorry, as i stated in the message, I need graphic designers that are better overall than I am.  

Juggo:

I understand completely.  We are in the same situation.  real office, real jobs, real expenses.  Thats why I was hoping to find someone that just wanted to do some graphic work and wanst all to worried about getting paid for it.  (even though there will be paid work involved also, and a bit of it)

Chaka:

I took a look at your PM and your website.  Honestly, doesn\'t look like anything special to me.  No offense intended, but the graphic work that I saw there is not up to par with what we do.

Hey all

The work load on my end has gotten to the unmanagable area as far as im concerned.

I currently do the graphic design work along with anotehr designer i hired...  And well, neither of us have the time to do everything thats needed currently.

What I need is someone that is better than I am.  Some of the work will be paid, some will not and will be compensated in other areas..

If anyone is interested, please PM me ASAP.

My company does contracted work.
Right now I have my hands a bit full... redesigning our company site as well as taking care of some clients this week... but I have a business partner here that has a bit more free time than I do.

His style is not like mine... and I\'m not sure what kind of work you are actually needing... if you have work you can always run it by us and we can tell you if it\'s something we can get to right away or not.

But, we can\'t do any non-paid work, we are a real company in a real office that requires up keep and payroll and all the bills that follow... so I\'m sure you understand.

you\'re definitely entitled to that opinion, although i disagree. i wouldn\'t have posted if i didn\'t think we could do what you do.

just out of curiosity, did you just look at the case studies page or did you look at the company page as well? there are more sites listed in that section. our case studies page only features recent projects. it\'s something we are working out in our new site, launching in a few weeks. i\'d like to get your thoughts on it if possible: http://www.3howards.com/new/

honestly, i didnt spend much time on your site.  things have been so busy here, I havent had the time to.

ferret:  no, I am not asking people to work solely for free.  The majority of the work I will be requiring will be paid work.  However, there will be some non-paid (cash-wise) work that will come along.  For that work, I will reimburse any way I can.

The work we did for harley davidson was illustrations.  we currently dont have those posted.

bassman , i hope you\'re not implying that alpha3m is better than everyone else ... that\'s just silly

i wanted to help a fellow designer out, but obviously, it\'s not needed. i appreciate the honesty alpha3m, but quite honestly, your work isn\'t that impressive either. that is, from a design perspective.

no bitterness here, just being honest ... good luck in your search and thanks for your \'time\'.

not to worry.  I will check out your site, and your work.  Things have just been really hectic around the office.  Me, and the VP have been getting about 4 hours sleep / day.  Thats the little one hour naps we are taking.  

Ill try and look at it sometime today, and send you an email if intereted.

no problem ... i understand how hectic it gets. like i said before, i\'m not bitter or anything, i\'m used to criticism. you have to have tough skin in this business.
